How can I track my order?
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently do not offer international shipping. We are currently only shipping to England, Scotland and Wales.
What materials do you use for your jewellery?
Our jewellery is made mostly from stainless steel however we do have a few items that are sterling silver and some items plated in 14k and 18k gold. Each item listing will have the materials used listed.
How should I care for my jewellery?
To ensure your jewellery lasts for years to come, we recommend:
- Ensuring your jewellery is correctly stored once taken off.
- Avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals (like perfumes, lotions and cleaning products).
- Cleaning your pieces with a soft cloth or a jewellery cleaner designed for the material.
- Taking your jewellery off when showering, swimming or excercising to avoid damage.
What is your Refund & Exchange Policy?
We want you to love your purchase! However if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer a 28 day return or exchange policy subject to the following conditions.
- Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging, unless the item is faulty.
- Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
2. Refund process:
- Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- In the case of a size issue, we are happy to exchange the item for a different size. The replacement item will be sent to you with free delivery via 48 - hour tracked Royal Mail. Please note free delivery will be offered for one exchange only per order, if you require further exchanges the delivery will be payable by the customer. If you wish to then return the exchange, the delivery will be deducted from your refund.
